1. Order Processing All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and a second notification when it has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times We offer standard shipping on all orders within the United States.
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
- Free Shipping: Complimentary on all orders of $75 or more
Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of purchase.
3. Free Shipping Orders totaling $75 or more automatically qualify for free standard shipping at checkout. No code required.
4. Shipping Carriers We partner with trusted carriers to deliver your order safely. Carrier selection may vary based on your location and order size.
5. Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
6. Delays ANCIENtt is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at ancienttdesigns@yahoo.com and we will do our best to assist.
7. International Shipping We are currently shipping within the United States only. International shipping options will be available in the near future — stay tuned!
8. Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at ancienttdesigns@yahoo.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
